Record a clear visual walkthrough of your vehicle or property exterior. Make sure all relevant angles and details are captured — this helps our team verify your space quickly.

There is no minimum or maximum video length. Focus on clarity over duration.

Tips for a great recording:

Film in good natural or artificial lighting — avoid shooting in direct sunlight which causes glare.
Keep the camera steady. Walk slowly and deliberately around the space.
Capture the full exterior without obstructions blocking the view.
Use your phone's highest available video resolution.

Cover all angles

Depending on whether you're listing a vehicle or a property, there are specific angles our team needs to see.

Full front view of the vehicle.
Left and right side views.
Clear view of the rear.
Number plate clearly visible.

🏠Properties

Full front view of the property.
Left and right side views.
Steady camera throughout.

Upload and wait for approval

Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.
Make sure your contact details are up to date in case we need to follow up.
You'll receive a notification as soon as verification is complete.

If your video is rejected, don't worry — you'll receive feedback explaining why, and you can re-submit at any time.
